ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ 2019 : ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಳಕು ನೀಡುವ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಅನ್ನದ ನಾಡು ಎಂದು ರಾಯಚೂರನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಉತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮತ್ತು ದಕ್ಷಿಣಕ್ಕೆ ತುಂಗಭದ್ರ ನದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವಿದು. 'ರಾಯ' ಎಂದರೆ ರಾಜ ಎಂದರ್ಥ. ರಾಯಚೂರು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ರಾಜನ ಊರು ಎಂಬ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.<br /><br /><br />Lok Sabha Election 2019 : The District which gives food & light is Raichur.
